Something in your week a computer should be doing.
Most of the work that eats a season is a person moving the same information between the same three places every week. If you can describe one of those, it can usually be built away. Parents, players, coaches, club staff, athletic departments. It does not matter which you are.
How it goes
- 01You describe the processIn the form below, in your own words. The messier the better: the ones worth automating are the ones that are hard to describe.
- 02Fifteen minutes, freeA call to work out whether there is anything here worth building, and to say so plainly if there is not. No deck, no pitch.
- 03Built once, handed overOn the tools you already pay for, wired to your own files, documented so somebody else can run it. No retainer and no dependency on us.
What this is not
- Not a subscription, and not a seat you rent. It is built, handed over, and it is yours.
- Not a rebuild of software you already bought. Usually the answer is a smaller thing that sits beside it.
- Not anything that touches student records or medical data without a written agreement first.
Describe the process
One or two paragraphs is plenty. What happens now, who does it, how often, and what makes it annoying. If you already know what you want built, say that instead.
