A registration fee added at checkout and shown in full before anyone pays. Five percent of the price you set, and never less than $9, which only comes into it on camps priced under $180.

Collected at signing and credited back dollar for dollar as registrations come in, so a camp that runs pays nothing for setup. Currently waived for founding partners.

What is included

- Family support by email, from the day registration opens through seven days after camp
- A complete export of your data, whenever you ask for it
Your money stays yours
Your camp is the merchant for its own registrations, and funds settle to your account, not ours. We do the administrative work behind it, so payment disputes, refunds, and family payment questions come to us first.
If you ever have to cancel a camp, families are refunded in full, including our fee.
If you want us there
On site operations are available at $1,000 per day plus travel, quoted separately from everything above.
Most camps will not need it. The software is built so that they do not.
